Neighbors have expressed concerned that this project, as designed, does not represent the designs that were provided initially. The current design is inconsistent with the look and aesthetic feel of the Deanwood community in general and with the duplexes along Hayes Street specifically.
There is also a general concern about how this project may impact the availability of parking along Hayes Street to accomodate existing and new residents.
