COMMITTEES

DCA Committees are where the true work of Civic Engagement Happens!

DCA needs YOU! If you are committed to making lasting change in our neighborhood and you have a few hours to spare per month, contact us to be part of a DCA committee.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

DCA's Constitution and Bylaws spell out specific duties of the executive committee. Executive committees that also serve as governance or nominating committees are typically responsible for bylaws, policy review, board education, board self-assessment, new member orientation, and board succession planning.
