Monthly meetings allow members to come together, strategize, discuss issues important to the neighborhood and plan action. Guest speakers are often present to talk about topics of special concern.
While these meetings are open to the public, only Citizens Association members in good standing are able to vote on agenda items. DCA meetings follow Robert's Rules of Order, and all in attendance are asked to abide by these standards.
