Individual Membership Application

This membership caters to individual residents within the specified boundaries of the Deanwood Citizens Association. Registered members can leverage this membership to transfer voting privileges to another family member.

Membership Details

• Membership Type:

  • Individual Membership (One vote per paid membership)

• Membership Dues:

  • Dues: $25 (Dues paid after October 1 carry over to the following year.)

• Voting Privileges:

  • Individual members are entitled to one vote in DCA elections.

  • Initiate motions and vote on matters brought before the DCA members.

• Benefits:

  • Access to benefits and discounts.

  • Eligible to participate in any DCA committee.

  • Eligible for awards, and children within the household can apply for special educational scholarships.

• Requirements:

  • You must live in the Greater Deanwood neighborhood bounded by Eastern Avenue to the northeast, Kenilworth Avenue to the northwest, Division Avenue to the southeast, and Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue to the south.
