According to Developer, Neighborhood Development Company website, 1100 Eastern Avenue in the Deanwood neighborhood of Northeast, Washington, DC will be a 56-unit affordable artist & permanent supportive housing project consisting of 39 one-bedroom units and 17 three-bedroom units and with approximately 12,000 SF of retail and community serving maker space. 1100 Eastern has excellent frontage along the northern side of Sherriff Road NE and along the southwestern side of Eastern Ave. NE. The site is 0.7 miles northwest of the Deanwood Metro station.
